This Privacy Policy explains how C.W.C Farm, Inc., doing business as C.W.C Heavy Equipment ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit cwcequip.com (the "Site").

When you submit a form on the Site — a Buy It Now request, consignment request, or contact message — we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Full name and business name (if provided).
• Email address and phone number.
• Shipping/delivery address, city, state, ZIP, and country.
• The message content and details of your inquiry or order.

We also automatically receive standard technical information when you browse the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, through normal web server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your equipment or consignment inquiry and follow up by phone or email.
• Prepare shipping/delivery estimates and, where applicable, arrange payment and delivery directly with you.
• Maintain records of inquiries and orders for our own business purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business, specifically:

• With our email/SMTP provider, to deliver notification emails related to your inquiry.
• With our web hosting provider, which stores the Site's database.
• With a consignment equipment owner, limited to what's needed to coordinate a specific transaction you're party to.
• Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies, described in full in our Cookie Policy. In short: a technical session cookie for the staff admin dashboard, and web fonts loaded from Google Fonts. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry, order, and contact-form records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, complete a transaction, and maintain our business records, after which we may delete or anonymize the data.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide, including restricted admin access and encrypted (TLS) email delivery. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@cwcequip.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that deleting information tied to an active transaction may affect our ability to complete it.

9. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Contact us using the details above to make a request. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business and personal use by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
